Took the time to review the rest of our newly purchased home's plumbing at our request and offered honest feedback without being salesy. Was responsive throughout the process, had a pleasant and professional demeanor, checked all the soft skills boxes. Might be a little expensive, not really sure, but you're paying for the skills & experience needed to get the job done right, plus all the other things that come with running a business, so we were happy with the end result and will certainly be in touch when we need a master plumber in the future.
